Support older residents and adults at our Digital Skills Café with smartphones, apps, online public portals, email, and scam avoidance.
Young Community Leader (Under 25)
Take an active leadership role: co-design youth sessions, run community activities, welcome attendees, and create creative digital content.
Culture & Event Host
Help organize monthly cultural connection days, manage hospitality, coordinate music, food sharing, crafts, and participant welcomes.
Skill Sharer / Workshop Tutor
Share your practical know-how (cooking, sewing, gardening, DIY, music, or small enterprise) with neighbors at the Community Skill Exchange.
Young Community Leaders Pathway
We offer a dedicated pathway for young people to step forward as Community Connect Volunteers. Volunteers gain accredited skills, reference letters, and hands-on community leadership experience:
Safer Recruitment & Safeguarding for Volunteers
To safeguard young people and vulnerable adults, all volunteer roles are subject to our safer recruitment procedures, appropriate DBS checks where eligible, volunteer code of conduct adherence, and comprehensive induction.
